Blue Sky

Failing physics of light
Azure it seems so infinite
Breathing in the life
Of a planet full of hope
Exhaling the dreams of
Here and now, today.

If any color in the spectrum
Could suggest the capacity
Of a vision to fill the
Night taken mind
Would it not be
The blue that my eyes now see

As I breathe in the paradise
Of the morning the day
Before celebrating the
Birth of my firstborn.
